Cley Windmill
This 5 storey windmill was built in 18th Century and overlooks the reed rustling salt marshes of North Norfolk with the sea in the distance. Cley windmill (prounounced ‘Cly’) is now a B&B and restaurant, check it out if you want to stay somewhere different on your honeymoon! Read More
Westonbirt Arboretum Photography – Lily
I had a lovely time photographing Lily at Westonbirt Arboretum recently. I wanted to capture the fun that children have when they go in search of different coloured leaves. They come in all shapes and sizes, wet, dry, soggy, muddy (the leaves that is!) and all are stuffed into that bag to be taken home for that all important task of making a collage…… or maybe not! Purton Ship Graveyard
We spent a lovely day on location photographing the Purton Ship Graveyard. The banks of the River Severn have historically suffered from tidal erosion. Between 1909 and 1965 redundant and unwanted vessels were beached on the foreshore and allowed to fill with silt. These formed a barrier and helped prevent the river eroding into the canal embankment. Thanks to Trevor for taking the photo of us on location. All this was thirsty work which of course meant a visit to a local village pub! Read More

Chris and I have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Burma. Tourism is still in its infancy there and we wish to share this fascinating, beautiful country with you through some of our favourite photos. Gorisambard!
As all Bristolians will know, Bristol was home to 60 life-sized gorilla statues which were painted by local artists as part of Bristol Zoo’s 175th birthday celebrations. This photo shows our favourite gorilla, ‘Gorisambard’ on the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Gorisambard was modelled on Isambard Kingdom Brunel and was the highest selling statue, going for £23,000, unfortunately not bought by us! This public art trail was enjoyed by many visitors and £427,000 was raised for charity. Read More
